Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders for products and services offered by Content Focus SRL through the website corinagrossu.online. Please read them carefully before ordering. By placing an order and ticking the acceptance box at checkout, you accept these Terms.

1. General provisions

This website is owned and operated by Content Focus SRL, a company registered in the Republic of Moldova. The relationship between the buyer and the seller is governed by the legislation of the Republic of Moldova, including Law no. 284/2004 on Electronic Commerce and Law no. 105/2003 on Consumer Protection. We may update these Terms; the version published on the site at the time of your order applies to that order.

2. Products and services

We sell digital products (downloadable PDF guides and online video courses) and online consulting services (for example, a 1:1 content review on Zoom). Each product page describes what is included, the format, the price and how it is delivered. Digital products require a device that can open PDF files and an internet connection to watch online lessons.

3. Ordering and payment

To order, enter your name and email address, accept these Terms and pay by card. Payments are processed by maib (BC “MAIB” SA) on a secure payment page using 3-D Secure authentication. We never see or store your full card details. Prices are shown and charged in USD. If your card is issued in another currency, your bank’s conversion terms apply.

After a successful payment you receive an email confirmation with your order number, the seller’s name, the website, the amount, the currency, the payment date and the order details. The same details are shown on the confirmation page.

4. Delivery

Digital products are delivered immediately after payment: you get access in your personal library on this website and a login link by email. Consulting services are scheduled by email within 24 hours (working days) after payment and delivered online at the agreed time.

5. Refunds and cancellations

Because digital products are delivered immediately, you agree when ordering that delivery begins straight away. You may ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not downloaded the PDF or opened the course, or if the product is faulty and we cannot fix it. Consulting services can be cancelled for a full refund up to 24 hours before the scheduled session.

To request a refund, write to hello@corinagrossu.online with your order number. Approved refunds are returned only to the card used for the purchase, usually within 5–10 working days depending on your bank.

6. Licence and use

Digital products are licensed to the buyer for personal use and for work in the buyer’s own business or for the buyer’s own clients. You may not resell, share, publish or redistribute the files, videos or login access, in whole or in part.

7. Results

Our products teach skills and working methods. We do not promise any specific income, number of clients, followers or sales. Results depend on each person’s work, market and offer.

8. Personal data and privacy

We process the personal data you give us when ordering (name, email address, and the IP address used for the payment) only to process and deliver your order, send you the receipt and login links, provide support and meet legal obligations, in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Moldova on personal data protection. We do not sell or share your data with third parties, except the payment processor (maib) as needed to process the payment and where the law requires it. We keep order data for as long as required for accounting purposes. You may ask to access, correct or delete your data by writing to hello@corinagrossu.online.

The website uses only the cookies needed for your library login to work.
